Steps

Make paste of onions and chillies. Make paste/puree of tomatoes.

In a cooker heat oil till smoking point. Then add jeera and ciba hing.

Add onions paste and cook till golden brown. Then add tomato paste and mix well.

Add all dry spices and cook till oil separates.
- 5
Now add soaked granules and mutter. Mix well and add water as per required gravy.

Cook till 2-3 whistles.
- 7
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with steam rice/roti.
