Method for dough
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients very well, mix ghee and prepare tight dough and keep for rest for 15 minutes. - 2
Method for stuffing
Heat pan and add oil, now add hing and sauf and roast. Add besan and cook for 1 minute. Add matar and amla and remaining masala and cook for 2-3 minutes and let it cool. - 3
Method for kachori
Mix dough well and make lemon size bowls of it. Make small poori and stuff with stuffing and make poori size kachori and fry in medium low flame till golden brown.
