Ingredients

  • 4-5 poundsBeef Chuck Roast
  • 2 cupsBeef Broth
  • 1/2 cupLight Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cupBalsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TbspSoy Sauce
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  • 3 ClovesFresh Garlic, pressed
  • Zest of 1/2 an Orange
  • Red Potatoes, washed

Steps

  1. 1

    Place meat and potatoes into crock pot and turn on low heat.

  2. 2

    Whisk together all the other ingredients and pour over the top of the meat.

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
