2 cupmaida
1-1/2 tbspoil
1-1/2 tspbesan
3-4 tspsour curd
Pinchbaking soda
1 cup water
For sugar syrup
2 cupsugar
1 cup water

Mix all ingredients and keep one side 12 hours

Make better in flowing consistency

In vessel add sugar water make syrup in one string

Fill better in bottle

Heat ghee & make jalebi

Than add in sugar syrup
