For strawberry sauce :- Take a pan put chopped strawberry and sugar stire it well and cook for 3-5 minutes and keep aside and cool it

Take a pan heat it and put sugar and some water and get boiled and put saffron, cook till sugar is dissolved in water it becomes light thik syrup

Take a bowl put crushed bread milk powder,suji, cardamom powder, soda and put milk to make a smooth batter.

Take a pan put some ghee and put batter and make pancake in small size on low flame and cook till light golden brown on both side

Now dip the Malpua in sugar syrup and soak in it for 2 -3 minutes

Now drain the malpua from sugar
Take a plate and lay the malpua and put strawberry sauce top of malpua, - 7
Garnish with chopped strawberry and cashew nuts
