Steps

Combine wheat flour, rice flour, Salt and water.

Mix well, add 4 tsp of cooking oil.

Knead well and make gooseberry sized balls.

Dust over the rolling place, press the balls in wheat flour.

Roll in circle shape.

Fill 2 tsp of gulkand.

Close in half circle shape and press cleanly.

Heat oil in a pan.

Deep fry in hot oil, in low flame.

Fry till crispy or golden brown by flipping both the sides.

Remove on kitchen towel, serve in hot.
