Ingredients

  • 3 cupscheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp.corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp.Butter
  • 1 tbsp.garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cuponion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cupred pepper, finely diced
  • 1/3 cuptomatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 cupswhipping cream
  • 3/4 cupsFRONT STREET HEAT
  • 1 cupshredded chicken breast
  • 1scallion for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, mix cheese and corn starch

  2. 2

    In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter and add onion, pepper and garlic. Sautè for 3 minutes, or until onions are translucent

  3. 3

    Add tomato and sautè another 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add cheese, whipping cream, Front Street Heat and chicken. Let cheese melt and sauce thicken

  5. 5

    Transfer to a serving dish. Top with scallions, more Front Street Heat and serve warm
