Crack eggs into a zip lock bag and squeeze the eggs threw the bag with your hand. I would suggest putting the zip lock in a cup so it doesn't fall over when cracking the eggs into it

Add cheese, sausage and anything else you would like such as green peppers and onions and mix that with your hand threw the bag again

Zip the bag shut pressing as much air out of it as you can and put in a pot of boiling water for 13 minutes. If your ingredients have a high water content you may need to cook longer and drain before you slide the egg out of the bag

Slide out of bag onto a plate and add anything you would like. I added salsa and enjoy
