2 tspstore-bought peanut dressing

Mix Italian herbs and spices with salt and pepper in a tray

Cut chicken thighs into slices and mix with spices on tray.

Turn pan on high and add olive oil and chicken. Cook for 3 mins.

In a separate bowl, mix chopped lettuce and peanut sauce with dash of fresh lemon

Serve chicken and salad on rice or with bread
