When your leftover beef stew is not quite enough for a full meal. Here is a quick fix.
Steps

Peel and slice onions

Cube carrots and green pepper
- 3
Slice the cabbage
- 4
Put the oil in a cooking pot and add the onions. Fry until tansluscent then add curry powder and let it fry together with onions for 2 minutes

Add the carrots and green pepper and stir to mix together. Let it cook for 5 minutes

Add the cabbage and stir to mix. Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes

Add the leftover beef stew to the cabbage and stir to mix everything together. Let it cook a further 5 minutes. Your leftover beef cabbage is ready to eat.

Serve with an accompaniment of your choice. We love it with Ugali.
