Ingredients

  • 1 cupfine semolina
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 litermilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupcoconut
  • pinchsaffron
  • pinchelachi
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Braise semolina in butter in non stick pot.

  2. 2

    Liquidise all other ingredients

  3. 3

    Pour milk mixture Into braised semolina

  4. 4

    On medium heat.. Stir till mixture thickens

  5. 5

    Lower heat n leave to steam for about 8minutes..

  6. 6

    Serve hot n decorate with nuts or caramel sauce..
