Baked Macaroni with Bechamel!!🍝🍴

Bring salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the macaroni. Cook to your liking.

Meanwhile, slice the sausages into not-too-thick rounds.

Set aside with the bacon in a bowl.

Wash and chop the green onion.

In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the green onion and sauté.

Once sautéed, add the bacon and sausages. Brown them.

Add the tomato sauce, reduce to medium heat, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the macaroni is cooked to your liking, pour into a colander, rinse with cold water, and drain well.

Once well-drained, place them in a pot where you can mix them well with the sauce. Add the sauce and mix well.

Fill the baking dishes (I made 2!!)

Make sure they are covered.

Make the bechamel. Heat the olive oil or butter. Add the flour and cook a little. Gradually add the milk, stirring to prevent burning or sticking. Add salt to taste. Continue stirring until it reaches your desired thickness.

Pour it over the baking dishes, covering everything well.

Add the shredded cheese.

Bake at 400°F until golden brown (yes, we like it very toasted!! Haha) and the cheese melts, and... enjoy!!😋🍝
