Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgulab jamun mix
  2. 1/2 cupHara chana paste
  3. 2-3 tbspMilk
  4. 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  5. as neededPista for garnish
  6. Chasni / sugar syrup :
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1 cuppani
  9. 2-3 drops nimbu ras / lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tspElaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Chana paste ke liye chana Ko grind karein

  2. 2

    1tsp ghee pan mein dalkar usme chana paste Ko 5min bhune

  3. 3

    Gulab jamun mix mein chana paste aur Elaichi powder dalkar milk dalkar dough banakar10 min rakhe

  4. 4

    Pan mein Pani aur chini dalkar ek that ki chasni banaye usme nimbu ras aur Elaichi powder dalkar rakhe

  5. 5

    Dough se chote Gole Banakar failkar 3puri Ko ek ke upar ek rakh kar roll karein aur bhich mein cut karein

  6. 6

    Garam oil mein fry karein aur chasni mein dale
