Ingredients

  1. For sponge
  2. 100 gmall purpose flour
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 130 mlcondensed milk
  6. 50 grambutter
  7. 2 tbsppistachio powder
  8. 1 tbspalready prepare Thandai powder
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence
  10. 50 mlmilk
  11. 4-5 dropsgreen food colour
  12. 2 tbsp condensed milk
  13. For Cake syrup,
  14. 1 tbspThandai powder
  15. 1/2 cupwater
  16. 2 cup whipped cream
  17. For Frosting,
  18. 1 tbspsweet paan masala
  19. 1 tbspgulkand
  20. as neededFew drops of green food colour
  21. 1/2 cuproasted and chopped dry fruits
  22. as neededSome green and red cherries and some extra beetal leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    To prepare a mould,take 7 inch mould and greased with butter and dust with maida, tap extra flour and keep aside

  2. 2

    Preheated oven at 180*

  3. 3

    Now take maida, baking powder, baking soda in a strainer and sieve this

  4. 4

    Add pistachio and thandai powder in it and mix well and keep this dry ingredients aside

  5. 5

    Take butter in a deep bowl beat for a minute till light and fluffy

  6. 6

    Now add milkmaid and again beat for a minute

  7. 7

    Add half of milk and again beat for a minute

  8. 8

    Add sieved dry mixture to the butter mixture and beat it only in one direction, do not beat more than one minute

  9. 9

    Add green food colour and vanilla essence in remaining milk and mix again at one direction

  10. 10

    Put this better in greased and lined tin,tap 4 to 5 times to mixture spread evenly

  11. 11

    Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes, when done keep aside to cool

  12. 12

    For cake syrup, Boil the water add condensed milk when it cool add thandai powder and mix well

  13. 13

    For Frosting, cut the beetal leaves and gulkand and Sweet paan masala in mixer jar and make paste of it do not add single drop of water

  14. 14

    Now this paste, few drops of green food colour in whipped cream and mix well all

  15. 15

    When cake is cool cut in two layers pour some condensed milk thandai syrup, gulkand and paan Frosting and sprinkle some roasted chopped dry Fruits in every layer

  16. 16

    When all layer done keep in fridge for an hour after an hour complete with reaming Frosting

  17. 17

    Now garnish with some cherries and some roasted chopped dry Fruits

  18. 18

    Now Pistachio and Thandai Cake with Paan Gulkand Frosting is ready to serve
