Wash and quarter tomatoes.

Run thru food mill and drain juice.

Cover remaining with cold water.

Bring to boil in pot on stove and boil for 5 minutes.

Drain thru sieve or colander.

Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer until most of moisture evaporates.

Do not cover.

Pour into hot quart size mason jars and seal.
