Vegetables
16 cupsmall pickling cucumbers sliced thin
6onions peeled and sliced
2Red peppers chopped
1/3 cupcoarse salt
Sauce
3 cupvinegar
5 cupWhite sugar
1 1/2 tspturmeric
1 tspcelery seed
1 tspmustard seed

Mix vegetables together with salt.

Cover with ice and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Combine dry ingredients in pot.

Add vinegar.

Bring mixture to a boil.

Add drained vegetables.

Bring to a boil.

Add to hot mason jars and seal.
