1/2 glassMilk
1/2 cupmalai
1 cupSugar
10-15Chopped almond
4 spoonGhee

Take a pressure cooker add 2 spoon ghee and roast carrot.

Add milk and cook for 3 whistle.

Add malai and cook till then all water absorbed and then add ghee and roast.

Add sugar and the chopped dry fruits mix well

Garnish with chopped almonds.
