8 servings
  1. 1 bag(16oz) dried lentils
  2. 8 cupchicken broth
  3. 2 mediumcarrots
  4. 2stalks celery
  5. 1 mediumonion
  6. 2 clovegarlic
  7. 3 tspcurry powder
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 2bay leaves
  10. 2 candiced tomatoes
  11. 2 cupfresh spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything in crockpot except tomatoes, and spinach.

  2. 2

    Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.

  3. 3

    Stir in tomatoes and spinach and cook about 5 min longer.
