Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 bag(16oz) dried lentils
  • 8 cupchicken broth
  • 2 mediumcarrots
  • 2stalks celery
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 3 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2 candiced tomatoes
  • 2 cupfresh spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything in crockpot except tomatoes, and spinach.

  2. 2

    Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.

  3. 3

    Stir in tomatoes and spinach and cook about 5 min longer.
