Well my husband made this one night. And we all loved it. Needless to say now its lunch the day after mashed potatoes! And my kids just love it!

Ingredients

1mashed potatoes
1/3 cupvegetable oil
1sliced cheese
1breaded chicken patties
1ketchup
1/2 cupall-purpose flour

Steps

Take leftover mashed potatoes and add flour.

Pattie out the mashed potatoes.And fry in vegetable oil. Until they are golden brown.

Fry chicken parties until done.

Put chicken patty between two potato cakes and add sliced cheese.
