Karahi m oil garam karein or pakori ki shape m thore bade bhale bana le.thore thande hone par pani m soak karein.Curd ko thora milk or sugar mix kar ke patla kar le.bhallo ko pani se nikal kar squeeze karein.plate m lagakar dahi or saunth dal kar salt, chilli powder or bhuna Zeera, mint powder dal kar serve karein.
