In a bowl take jaggery and water..

Keep on stir untill jaggery dissolve completely.. now add wheat flour and badi Elaichi into it and mix it..

Add water to make a batter like pakoda. Keep aside for 15 minute..

Now heat oil in kadai and pour the batter with the help of fingers or spoon to make a pakoda into the hot oil..

Fry them on medium flame until golden brown..

Your gol gol gulgule is now ready to serve..
