Ingredients

12-15chicken wings [cleaned and washed]
2 tspgarlic-ginger paste
2 tbspsoya sauce
2 tspred chilli sauce
2 tsptomato sauce
2 tbspcornflour
4 tbspMaida/All purpose flour
2eggs beaten
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
Pinchedible red colour (optional)
to tasteSalt
Oil for frying

Steps

In a bowl (except chicken) mix together all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

Marinate chicken wings in this mixture for atleast 3-4 hrs

Heat oil & deep fry on medium flame.

Fry until crisp.

Serve hot woth dips of ur choice
