Ingredients

  • 12-15chicken wings [cleaned and washed]
  • 2 tspgarlic-ginger paste
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tspred chilli sauce
  • 2 tsptomato sauce
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 4 tbspMaida/All purpose flour
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • Pinchedible red colour (optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl (except chicken) mix together all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken wings in this mixture for atleast 3-4 hrs

    Heat oil & deep fry on medium flame.

    Fry until crisp.
