Cut raw mango into 1 inch pieces

Heat gingelly oil in a kadai and add mustardseeds

Once they splutter add urad dal,fenugreek,red chillies, asafoetida,jeera,curry leaves and saute till urad dal turns brown

Then add the raw mango pieces,salt and turmeric powder

Once half cooked add the Jaggery and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve as an accompaniment for any south indian variety rice
