2 teaspoon ghee
200 gmmava
20 gmchirongi dana
1/2 cupsugar powder
ghee for fry
3 spoonchocolate syrup

Make a dough with maida +ghee and wait for 5 min.

Take msva in a pen andmake it golden brown. and aad sugar and chirongi dana.

Take dough and make 6 or more pieces of it and with the help of the hands make round shape like small roti and pore mava mixture in it and give shape like modak.fry in ghee.

Put modak in a plate and dip in chocolate sirap.or you can give any Shape of it..tasty dish is waiting for u all dear members.
