Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1.3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 2.3eggs
  3. 3.1tespoon of dry yeast
  4. 4.1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  5. 5.3 teaspooncaster sugar
  6. 6. 1 teaspoon of salt
  7. 7.1 cupmilk
  8. 8.1 (.5 ltr)vegetabke oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle the yeast over warm water in a bowl and left it untill foamy about 7 minutes

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix together the yeast mixture,milk,sugar, salt and and flour

  3. 3

    Turn the dough on a space and gentely roll out in 1.5 inch thicker.

  4. 4

    Fold the dough and put in a bowl and take it to a preheated oven to proof.

  5. 5

    After it has proof roll it on a working space and 1.5 inch thickness and use a pastry catter to make a desired shape.use a small pastry catter to make a hole in each doughnut and deep fry.

  6. 6

    N/B:for decoration you can apply jam and sprinkle with dessicated coconut or sprinkle with coster sugar only and enjoy
