Steps

Sprinkle the yeast over warm water in a bowl and left it untill foamy about 7 minutes

In a bowl mix together the yeast mixture,milk,sugar, salt and and flour

Turn the dough on a space and gentely roll out in 1.5 inch thicker.

Fold the dough and put in a bowl and take it to a preheated oven to proof.

After it has proof roll it on a working space and 1.5 inch thickness and use a pastry catter to make a desired shape.use a small pastry catter to make a hole in each doughnut and deep fry.

N/B:for decoration you can apply jam and sprinkle with dessicated coconut or sprinkle with coster sugar only and enjoy
