Parboil the macaroni and put in a sieve

Add the parboiled shredded lamb with little of the stock to a pot then add the vegetables and stir

Let it cook for 2 minutes then add the par boiled macaroni

Mix all well and add little more seasoning

Leave to cook for another 3 minutes and done.
