Ingredients

  1. 2boiled eggs
  2. 2Potatoes cut into two halves
  3. 1onion chopped and grinded
  4. 1tomato (pureed)
  5. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 podgreen cardamom
  10. 2florets of cloves
  11. 1small stick of cinnamon
  12. 1/2 teaspoonwhole jeera
  13. 1whole dry red chilli
  14. 1bay leaf
  15. To tastesalt
  16. As neededoil fir frying
  17. As neededwater for curry

Steps

  1. 1

    At first marinate the eggs with salt,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Now add oil in a heated pan and fry the eggs,keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  4. 4

    Now add oil in the same pan and tamper the whole jeera garam masala,dry red chilli

  5. 5

    Fry the onion paste adding salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears

  7. 7

    Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder and mix with the masala well

  8. 8

    Now add the fried Potatoes and eggs combine everything well.

  9. 9

    Add water and cover till the Potatoes get soft.keep it on a low flame

  10. 10

    Finally add garam masala and switch off the heat.

  11. 11

    You can enjoy this with hot and steaming rice
