At first marinate the eggs with salt,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder

Now add oil in a heated pan and fry the eggs,keep aside.

Now fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add oil in the same pan and tamper the whole jeera garam masala,dry red chilli

Fry the onion paste adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears

Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder and mix with the masala well

Now add the fried Potatoes and eggs combine everything well.

Add water and cover till the Potatoes get soft.keep it on a low flame

Finally add garam masala and switch off the heat.

You can enjoy this with hot and steaming rice
