2green chilli cut in long shape
1 tbsptomato puree
to tasteSalt
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspdhaniya powder
1/4 tsphaldi powder
1/2 tspamchur powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1 tspHing jeera
as neededOil

Karahi m oil garam hone par hing Zeera bhune. Add baigan, green chilli and fry for 2 min. Sim gas p naram hone tak pakayein.

Sabhi masale or tomato puree dal kar 2 min cook karein.

Chapati or paranthe ke saath serve karein.
