  • 250 gmsmall baigan cut in long shape
  • 2green chilli cut in long shape
  • 1 tbsptomato puree
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspamchur powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspHing jeera
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Karahi m oil garam hone par hing Zeera bhune. Add baigan, green chilli and fry for 2 min. Sim gas p naram hone tak pakayein.
