A basic plain Omelette for breakfast
Steps

Break 3 eggs in a bowl.

Add finely chopped onions and green chilli in bowl.

Whisk it with folk or whisker.

Heat the pan on light flame with olive oil or ghee.
- 5
Now pour then batter onto the pan.
- 6
Flip it when the base tends to cooked or looks like fine brown-yellowish colour.

Now cook the other side same as well.
- 8
Serve it with baked / plain bread and green chutney, tomato ketchup whatever way you like. Recommendation-cooked bread.
