Mix all spices, garlic, ginger, tomato paste and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. adjust quantities to taste.

Add diced chicken to the mixed paste and marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Fry of the chicken in a hot pan (make sure to add all the marinade). Add onion and continue to cook until soft

Add the chicken stock to the pan and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Then add canned tomatoes and cook through. Once cooked, add the thickened cream and simmer to reduce.

Before serving, add the butter and mix through well.
