  • 1 tspGround Coriander
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspGround Tumeric
  • 1 tspGround Cumin
  • 1/2 tspChili Powder
  • 1/2 tspCurry Powder
  • 1 tspBrown Sugar
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 2 tspMinced Garlic
  • 2 tspMinced Ginger
  • 1/2Juice of a Lemon
  • 275 mlTomato Paste
  • 1 cupThickened Cream
  • 1/2 cupChicken Stock
  • 1 packagesTinned Tomatoes
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 400 gramsDiced Chicken Breast
  • 1Diced Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all spices, garlic, ginger, tomato paste and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. adjust quantities to taste.

  2. 2

    Add diced chicken to the mixed paste and marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Fry of the chicken in a hot pan (make sure to add all the marinade). Add onion and continue to cook until soft

  4. 4

    Add the chicken stock to the pan and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Then add canned tomatoes and cook through. Once cooked, add the thickened cream and simmer to reduce.

  5. 5

    Before serving, add the butter and mix through well.
