Chicken Miso Mayonnaise Teriyaki

I used miso instead of the usual soy sauce and it turned out delicious.
The usual teriyaki (without mayonnaise) burns easily but this one doesn't since you use mayonnaise.
If you prepare the night before, all you need to do is to fry in the morning. It's great for bentos.

Steps
- 1
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put in a bowl and rub the ingredients and leave it for a while. Preferably, leave it for an hour to marinate well.
- 2
In a frying pan, put the chicken with seasonings from step 1 and fry. There's no need to add oil to the pan since the mayonnaise has oil in it. Fry over medium heat.
- 3
When the chicken is browned, flip it over. When both sides are browned, put a lid on, lower the heat and steam it.
- 4
You can serve as it is or put it on rice with the sauce and make a rice bowl.
