1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
1Salt
1Pepper
1 cupFresh Mushrooms (Button, Crimini, Portobello, etc.) - can also use 4 oz. can of mushrooms

Preheat oven to 400°F

Salt and pepper the chicken

Cut up mushrooms (if you're not using canned)

Combine chicken, Cream of Mushroom soup, and mushrooms in a baking dish

Cook covered for 45 minutes or until center of chicken is not pink and the juices run clear
