1 canClover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna Sundried Tomato and Basil
1 tbspLight Cream Cheese
2 sliceFresh Tomato
2 sliceWhite Onion
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchBlack Pepper

Steps

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and blend together.

Serve on toast or as a dip for crackers. I particularly enjoyed it with Triscuit Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil crackers.
