Ingredients

4 servings
  • 50 gmargarine
  • 12medium sized green bananas and 8 potatoes
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • Pinchsalt to taste

    Clean peel the potatoes and bananas

  2. 2

    Chop them to reasonable pieces

  3. 3

    Mix the cut pieces with the bunch of spinach(neatly/tinly cut) in a pan

  4. 4

    Add salt and margarine then Boil in moderate heat to simmer

  5. 5

    Ponder the boiled mixture

  6. 6

    Serve with mbuzi stew and cabbage
