Boil 2 cups of water and add Fenugreek and jaggery in it and make a jaggery syrup to knead the dough.

With the lukewarm Jaggery syrup knead the soft dough.
let it rest for 3-4 hours. - 3
Take a lemon size ball and press some sesame seeds over it start rolling a poori of thickness 1-2 inch

Deep fry it in hot oil and cook till golden brown in color.

Eat hot or cold with Aam ka Achar(pickle) or enjoy with hot tea.
