Roast khoya slightly.... keep aside

Heat a pan add desi ghee

Add 1tsp cumin seeds when cracle add ginger garlic paste saute

Add powdered spices salt with little water saute

Add khoya saute for 2 mints

Add tomato paste saute for 4 mins

Add makhana and peas simmer for 2 mints add cashew and coriander leaves
- 8
Ready for relish
