Zaafrani Chicken

Blend curd, fried onion slices, yellow colour,lemon juice,salt,black & white pepper powder,milk,cream,sesame seeds & haldi powder to a smooth paste. Marinate chicken in this paste for 4-5 hrs.

In a kadhai heat oil. Add bay leaves. Add ginger garlic paste & saute for few minutes.

Add the marinated chicken & cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes. Add the soaked saffron milk mixture. Cover the lid & cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until chicken is tender.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with steam rice.
