Ingredients

  • 2Green peppers
  • 1 largeonion
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 2 tspOlive oil
  • 2 tspChili powder
  • 229 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 12 ozTomato paste
  • 212 oz beer
  • 1Salt pepper cumin oregano
  • 3 cankidney beans (don't drain)

Steps

  1. 1

    green pepper chopped up
    One large onion chopped up
    2 cloves garlic
    Sauteed in pan with olive oil

  2. 2

    Add2-3 cans kidney beans not drained
    Simmer until done

  3. 3

    Add everything but kidney beans
    Simmer for 1.5 hours
