All carrots are peeled and chopped

Milk is poured in the pan and boiled

In an other pan ghee is poured and heated with addition of carrots, milk and honey. Cover it with a lid for 10 minutes

After few minutes add khoya and dry fruits, mix very well

Halwa is ready and serve and garnish with dry fruits
