Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cup poha
  • 1 & 1/2 cup chopped, onion, tomatoes, carrot, capsicum green chilli
  • 1/2 cupboil potatoes, green peas & beans
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tspheeng
  • 1/4 tspfenugreek seed
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1 tspraii
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp desi ghee
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash poha & add salt 1 tsp Garam masala, sugar and lemon juice & 1/2 tsp ghee

  2. 2

    Keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil crackle heeng jeera,fenugreek seed

  4. 4

    Curry leaves & sabut Mirch dale

  5. 5

    Onion ko saute karein

  6. 6

    Add all veggies saute them

  7. 7

    Add Garam masala, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt &desi ghee

  8. 8

    Mix well &add poha mix well

  9. 9

    Cook 5 -7-mnts

  10. 10

    Serve with chutney or sauce
