Wash poha & add salt 1 tsp Garam masala, sugar and lemon juice & 1/2 tsp ghee

Keep aside

Take a pan add oil crackle heeng jeera,fenugreek seed

Curry leaves & sabut Mirch dale

Onion ko saute karein

Add all veggies saute them

Add Garam masala, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt &desi ghee

Mix well &add poha mix well

Cook 5 -7-mnts

Serve with chutney or sauce
