Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 4Chicken thighs- with bone & skin
  2. 2 canmixed vegetables(drain most of the juice)
  3. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  4. 1 1/2 cupchicken broth from the chicken thighs you boil
  5. 1 cupself rising flour
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1 stickbutter (melted)

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Boil and debone chicken, I like to chop my chicken small. (Boil chicken about 30-45 mins)

  3. 3

    Place chicken in bottom on a 9x13 baking dish. (May want to spray dish with non-stick spray)

  4. 4

    Put vegetables over the chicken..try to spread them out pretty evenly.

  5. 5

    In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Pour this over the vegetables and chicken.

  6. 6

    In a bowl, mix flour, milk & butter. Pour over all other ingredients in your dish. DO NOT STIR once you put this in!

  7. 7

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
