Ingredients

  1. 125 gramsflour
  2. 125 gramsalmond flour
  3. 2eggs
  4. 180 gramsunsalted butter
  5. 150 gramsgranulated sugar
  6. 16 gramsbaking powder
  7. 150 gramscorn flakes
  8. 1vanilla extract
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 100 gramsraisins

  1. 1

    Mix softened butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until creamy

  2. 2

    Add one egg at a time and keep stirring

  3. 3

    Add almond flour

  4. 4

    Add regular flour and baking powder together

  5. 5

    Add raisins (depending on the quality perhaps you need to rehydrate them into hot water before using)

  6. 6

    Use a spoon to form small balls of dough and roll them into corn flakes, then press

  7. 7

    Bake at 180° for 15minutes, leaving enough space to allow for spreading
