Ingredients

  • 4 piecespabda fish
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 3-4garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2green chillies whole
  • 1 teaspoonwhole jeera
  • 1whole dry red chilli
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil for frying

    Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Make a paste of onion,garlic,ginger and green chillies

  3. 3

    Heat a wok add oil and deep fry the fish.keyp it aside.

  4. 4

    Now tamper the whole jeera,red chilli and bay leaf

  5. 5

    Add the masala paste and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Add water and boil

  8. 8

    Add the fish cook for a minute

  9. 9

    Switch off the heat and garnish with garam masala powder

  10. 10

    Serve it with rice
