Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppoha(regular...we use for kanda poha)
  2. Black salt(compulsory) then if needed normal salt
  3. Sugar
  4. 1 tbspLemon
  5. 1/2 cupCoconut greated(geela nariyal)
  6. Same coconut water
  7. 2-3raw Green chillies paste
  8. 1 inchginger paste
  9. Dried Chana dal(daaliya)
  10. Dhaniya..

Steps

  1. 1

    Poha soak in only coconut water make it little dry

    Add all ingredients...and mix well by hands

    Derocate with dhaniya and daaliya
