Palak, chilies & ginger ki puree ready kar lein.

Besan mein 1 tbsp oil, ajwain, salt, 1 tbsp curd, 3 tbsp palak puree dalkar naram dough bana kar rolls bana lein

Pan mein 3 cup pani ubale usme gatte 10 minutes Ubal lein. Pani se gatte nikalkar kaat lein. Pani feke nahi.

Pan mein oil garamkarke hing dale. pyaz transparent hone par garam masala dalkar bhune. Isme gatte ka pani aur palak puree dalkar Ubal ane dein. Dahi achhi tarah fetkar pan mein dalkar continue chalte huye pakaye. Ubal ane par gatte dalkar dhakkar 4-5 minutes low flame par pakaye.
