Take a bowl ; add in gram flour, salt, pepper and ajwain.

Add in water as per the required consistency

Slice the sweet potatoes to thin and put them in to the batter wrap them and put them in to oil.

Wait till they turn golden brown

Do the same with onions.

Serve then hot with green mint chutney.
