Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCurd
  2. 1/2 cupMali
  3. 1 spoonGinger Garlic and chilli paste
  4. 1 spoonIndian Spice mixture
  5. Salt and pepper as per taste
  6. 1/2 spoonBesan
  7. 250 gmChicken leg
  8. Cooking oil or butter for Glace
  9. Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

    Wash the Chicken legs

  2. 2

    Now into the bowl

  3. 3

    Add curd, ginger garlic and chilli paste, spice mixture, salt and pepper, Besan, and mali.

    Mix all well together.

  5. 5

    Add washed Chicken Legs.

  6. 6

    Abd marinate it for 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Preheat the Tandoor for 5 minutes.

  8. 8

    Set the Marinated legs.

  9. 9

    And wait for 10 minutes.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle some cooking oil or butter over the legs.

  11. 11

    And cook it for another 10 minutes.

  12. 12

    Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
