1 cupflour
1/2 cuppeanut butter
1 tspbaking soda

preheat oven 375°F

cream crisco sugar and peanut butter. add egg and mix well. stir in flour and soda, mixing well.

drop by rounded teaspoonfulls on ungreased cookie sheets. flatten slightly in a criss cross pattern with a fork dipped in flour.

bake about 10 minutes or just set. do not over bake
