Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupcanned spinach, squeezed of liquids
  2. 1pinapple ring from a can
  3. 2cherry tomatoes
  4. 1flatbread of choice
  5. 3 tbsppizza sauce
  6. 1/4 cupmotzarella cheese
  7. 1sprinkling of oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    place flatbread on lightly sprayed foil lined cookie sheet. I used flatout flatbread

  2. 2

    spread on pizza sauce

  3. 3

    place bits of spinach all over pizza sauce. as much as u would like.

  4. 4

    dice pineapple and spread pieces all over on top of spinach.

    sprinkle with as much cheese as u would like.

    slice cherry tomatoes and arrange over cheese.

    sprinkle with a tad of oregano.

  8. 8

    bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until done to your liking.

    serve!

    makes one flatbread pizza!

Delicious combination of ingredients. I used fresh spinach which I cooked first. Cooked it in my air fryer :)
